Dynamic equipment balancing services

We carry out professional balancing of rotating equipment using modern Balanset-1A instruments and dedicated balancing machines.

On-site balancing

Balancing in a rotor's own bearings — the work is carried out directly at the customer's site, with no need to dismantle the equipment.

What we balance:

  • Fans and flue-gas (induced-draught) fans (up to 15 m in diameter)
  • Pumps (centrifugal, axial)
  • Electric motors (up to 500 kW)
  • Crushers and mills
  • Mulchers (forestry, agricultural)
  • Agricultural machinery (combine harvesters, seed drills)
  • Other rotating equipment

The benefits of on-site balancing:

  • No cost of dismantling the equipment
  • Minimal downtime (2–4 hours)
  • Balancing under real operating conditions
  • We work at the customer's premises

Workshop balancing on machines

Balancing on dedicated equipment — for rotors that require high accuracy or a complete fault inspection.

What we balance:

  • Turbine rotors (steam, gas)
  • Machine-tool spindles (grade G0.4–G1)
  • Centrifuges and separators (grade G1–G2.5)
  • Compressor rotors
  • Shafts and drums during a major overhaul

Balance quality grades:

Grade G Type of equipment Method
G0.4 Precision spindles, gyroscopes On a machine only
G1 Grinding spindles On a machine only
G2.5 Turbines, compressors, centrifuges On a machine (recommended)
G6.3 Pumps, fans, motors On a machine or in the bearings
G16 Crushers, mills In the bearings (usually)

Vibration diagnostics

Comprehensive diagnostics of the technical condition of equipment:

  • Spectral analysis of vibration (FFT)
  • Detecting bearing faults (BPFO, BPFI, BSF, FTF)
  • Diagnosing shaft misalignment
  • Identifying mechanical looseness
  • Condition monitoring (trends)

Cost of services

Service Indicative cost (EUR)
On-site balancing (1 rotor, up to 100 kg) €150–250
On-site balancing (100–1000 kg) €250–500
