The Creation of Balanset-1A
The key to our success lies in the Balanset-1A, developed by engineers Valeriy Feldman (a specialist in vibration diagnostics) and Andrey Shelkovenko (a software engineer). Initially, the plan was to develop a device for measuring kinematic errors in hobbing machines. However, practical work with industrial companies revealed a much more pressing problem: there was a lack of simple, reliable, and universal solutions for the quick on-site balancing of rotors.
The market offered either extremely expensive and complex analyzers or outdated, cumbersome instruments. At the same time, countless older balancing machines with intact mechanics but defective measuring technology were in use. To solve this real production problem, the cost-effective balancing device Balanset-1A was developed.
Why Balanset-1A Became Successful
From the beginning, the device was designed as a universal tool: for use in the field, directly on the equipment, as well as for modernizing older balancing machines, including those with soft bearings.
- Simple Operation: The device allows for the balancing of rotors without disassembly. Even personnel with minimal experience can perform all the steps.
- Affordable Price: Starting at €1,735 for the OEM version and €1,975 for the complete kit, the Balanset-1A is significantly cheaper than most comparable analysers, which typically cost several times as much.
- Efficiency: The quick and high-quality elimination of unbalance reduces wear, lowers the risk of failure, and extends the service life of the machinery.
Practical Experience as a Driver of Innovation
We don't just sell devices – we use them ourselves daily in our on-site balancing work for customers. This practical experience flows directly into the further development of our hardware and software. A special focus is on training and advising our customers, many of whom are learning for the first time that balancing is possible without disassembly, directly under real operating conditions.
